According to the Turkish Commercial Code, there is no right of withdrawal for food products, beverages, or other daily consumables. Other than these, any product with undamaged original packaging, unused, and not damaged due to misuse can be returned.
Products with opened, used, or damaged packaging cannot be returned.
You can return a product without providing any justification, but it must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you. If there is any damage, opening, breaking, tearing, missing accessories, or other defects on the product or its packaging, the return will not be accepted.
If the product invoice is missing or not provided, the return will not be accepted. The returned products must be sent with the original invoice.
A return without justification must be made in writing within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returned products must be sent to us via the courier companies that Asrın Tandırı works with.
The product should be placed in a protective packaging, and the shipping label should not be placed directly on the product packaging. Any deformation on the packaging that prevents the product from being resold will be considered as a reason for non-acceptance.
