Our products are carefully packaged as quality, hygiene, and freshness are of great importance. However, we recommend checking your order before receiving it for any damages during transportation. Perishable and single-use products cannot be returned.

Products can be returned within 3 days from the date your shipment is delivered to you.

Asrın Tandırı covers the shipping cost for returned products.

Once the returned products are received by Asrın Tandırı officials, you will be notified. Following this, your refund will be credited to your credit card within 7 business days.

For shipments made by a private courier company, any damages occurring during transportation will be compensated by Asrın Tandırı. In case of damaged package; Damaged packages should not be accepted and should be reported to the courier company with an official report. If the courier representative believes the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package on the spot and verify the condition of the products, requesting an official report if necessary. Once the package is received by you, it is considered that the courier has properly fulfilled their duty. – If the package is not accepted and a report is made, the situation should be reported to Asrın Tandırı along with a copy of the report as soon as possible. Asrın Tandırı will ensure a new and proper delivery as soon as possible. You can send the returned products to Asrın Tandırı – Altınşehir Mah. Ceylan Sok. No:74/1 Ümraniye/İstanbul. For returns, the purchased product must not be damaged or have lost its resale condition.

According to the Turkish Commercial Code, there is no right of withdrawal for food products, beverages, or other daily consumables. Other than these, any product with undamaged original packaging, unused, and not damaged due to misuse can be returned. Products with opened, used, or damaged packaging cannot be returned. You can return a product without providing any justification, but it must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you. If there is any damage, opening, breaking, tearing, missing accessories, or other defects on the product or its packaging, the return will not be accepted. If the product invoice is missing or not provided, the return will not be accepted. The returned products must be sent with the original invoice. A return without justification must be made in writing within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned products must be sent to us via the courier companies that Asrın Tandırı works with. The product should be placed in a protective packaging, and the shipping label should not be placed directly on the product packaging. Any deformation on the packaging that prevents the product from being resold will be considered as a reason for non-acceptance. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
